Nidhi Ghuman
Nidhi Ghuman is the Founder of Vinceré Partners.
She has an overall experience of 18 years across financial services including 14 years in private equity across Multiples Private Equity and 360 One AMC. She brings rich experience across the entire lifecycle of a private equity business including fund raise, investments and exits. Over her career, she has been part of deals worth over USD 1 bn and delivered 30%+ IRR on deals led by her.
Previously, she was part of the senior private equity leadership team at 360 One AMC. She served as the Fund Manager for India’s largest late-stage private equity and pre-IPO platform and closed marquee deals across healthcare, electronics, defence, consumer, and financial services such as Kauvery Medical Care, CoreEL Technologies, Kaynes etc. She conceptualized and created 360 One Healthcare Opportunities Fund; a PE fund focused on early growth private equity opportunities in the healthcare and life-sciences segment within India. She served on the boards of Kauvery Medical Care, CoreEL Technologies, Hearing Solutions, Nephroplus, Bikaji Foods and several others.
Before 360 One, Nidhi spent a decade at Multiples Alternate Asset Management Pvt Ltd, an India focused private equity platform. At Multiples, she was part of multiple investments spanning buyout, turnaround, and minority growth situations as well as multiple exit situations in various sectors like healthcare, life sciences, and industrials.
Nidhi is a B.Tech. (Electrical Engineering) from IIT Madras and MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.
