Matangi Gowrishankar

A career business and human resources professional, she is now a strategic advisor and executive coach with expertise in talent management, leadership and organization development, diversity and inclusion, and organization transformation. She also serves as an Independent Director across diverse industries, including boards such as IDFC First Bank, Cyient, and Greenlam Industries Ltd. Ms. Gowrishankar has over three decades of experience in senior leadership roles in business and HR across India and overseas, including 14 years at BP plc, where her last role was Global Head of Capability Development and Director of the Global Leadership Academy. She has worked across multiple industries and has been associated with several Indian and global organizations, including Standard Chartered Bank.

Suryanarayan N

Suryanarayanan (Suri) is a CA, CS, CWA and law graduate. He was associated for close to three decades with the L&T Group, including leadership roles of the Accounts, Compliance, Information Technology, Internal Audit, Operations and Secretarial functions at their financial services group with responsibility over more than a dozen companies present in several financial services businesses. Prior to the financial services stint of around 10 years, he has held Chief Executive and CFO roles with L&T’s group companies in the tyre machinery and plastics machinery space, including an Indo-German JV. Previously, he was associated with Multiples Private Equity as a compliance advisor, with oversight over their funds, asset manager, trustee and portfolio companies on this function. Post his corporate career, he has been a senior advisor to Excellence Enablers Private Limited, a prominent entity in the corporate governance space, founded by Mr. M. Damodaran, formerly Chairman of SEBI.

Nidhi Ghuman

At Vinceré, Nidhi drives overall investments and business strategy for the firm besides leading investments in the Healthcare, Industrials and Consumer vertical. A consummate investor, she has experience across raising funds, deploying capital, turning around companies, and exiting them to larger PE funds, strategics and IPOs. Nidhi has invested over INR 6,000 cr across companies from Series A to Pre-IPOs. Previously, she spent a decade at Multiple PE and followed that with a stint at 360 One AMC where she led the pre-IPO strategy and set up 360 One Healthcare Opportunities Fund, a healthcare & life-sciences focused fund. Previous board positions: Sri Kauvery Medicare, CoreEL Technologies, Hearing Solutions, Bikaji Foods, Nephroplus etc. Education: B.Tech (IIT Madras), MBA (XLRI)

OVL Kiran Kumar

At Vinceré, OVL (as his friends call him) leads investments in Technology sector and tech enabled efficiency across the portfolio. OVL has spent almost two decades building and scaling Tech Product companies. A prolific operator and advisor to several founders, he has led six 0 to $1m, three $1m to $10m and been part of three $10m to $100m revenue journeys. He has built products across multiple areas including Gaming, Enterprise Collaboration & Productivity, Security, Broadcast Technologies, AdTech, EdTech, FinTech, HealthTech, HR Tech, Analytics, Observability, LegalTech, and Future of Work. Having worked across Product, Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, People & Culture and Corporate Development, OVL is a true partner to founders across the board. His unique ability to see the forest, the trees and dive into the weeds makes it a pleasure for founders to engage with. Arzaan Patel

Arzaan is a Vice President at Vincere Partners where he is actively involved across the investment lifecycle including deal origination, evaluation, execution, and post-investment value creation for portfolio companies.

He brings nearly a decade of experience in the consumer space, spanning both investing and operating roles. Prior to Vincere, Arzaan was with Sharrp Ventures, the family office of Mr. Harsh Mariwala, where he focused on early and growth-stage investments in consumer brands and played an active role in portfolio management. He was also part of the early investment team at Fireside Ventures and has hands-on operating experience at a Singapore-based startup.

Arzaan began his career at KPMG, gaining exposure to audit and financial due diligence and subsequently worked at Duff & Phelps (now Kroll), focusing on valuation and deal advisory.

He has been closely involved with several high-growth consumer brands and has had board level engagement on brands such as SuperBottoms, Neeman’s, Slurrp Farm, Nat Habit and MCaffeine.

Sarad Agarwal

Sarad is part of the Investment Team at Vinceré Partners, where he focuses on Healthcare, Industrials, Consumer and Enterprise Tech investments. With around five years of experience in investments and consulting, Sarad brings a strong analytical and strategic foundation to the investment space. Prior to joining Vinceré, Sarad was a part of the investment team at Pavestone Venture Capital where he focused on B2B Enterprise and Deep Tech investments.

Sarad is a Gold Medalist with an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Xavier’s College and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, with CFA Level I completed. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is an avid traveller and has a keen interest in music and singing.
